Shipping Policy
Thank you for your purchase! Here are the key shipping details to ensure a smooth delivery experience:
1. Delivery Area & Timing
We currently ship orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Two shipping methods are available at checkout:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery takes 8–18 business days depending on the destination.
• Ultra-Fast Delivery: Flat rate shipping fee of $5.99.
Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures or adverse weather conditions. Please note that certain specially marked items may not be available for shipping to all listed destinations.
2. Order & Tracking
An order confirmation email will be sent to you once payment is successfully received. A tracking number and tracking link will be provided once your order is dispatched.
How to track your order: Click "Track Your Order" inside the confirmation email, or log in to your Shopify account and access "My Orders".
3. Address Changes & Order Cancellations
Address Changes: Address modifications are only accepted before the order is shipped. No address changes can be processed once the package is in transit.
Order Cancellation: Cancellation requests submitted before shipment will be handled in accordance with our Return Policy. If you cancel an order after shipment has taken place, you shall be responsible for both outbound and return shipping fees.
4. Issue Resolution
If you encounter delivery delays, damaged packages or other delivery-related issues, please contact our support team within 7 days after you discover the problem. We will assist you with a replacement or refund arrangement.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address or nobody is available to receive the parcel, you can choose to pay a new shipping fee for re-delivery, or apply for a refund (the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount).
5. Free Shipping Terms
Free Standard Shipping is offered for eligible single orders within the United States.
Free shipping promotion applies exclusively to Standard Shipping service. Ultra-Fast Delivery expedited service is NOT eligible for free shipping.
