We currently ship to selected countries, including but not limited to:

  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia

👉 Please note: Some remote or restricted areas may not be eligible for shipping.


Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • 8–15 business days after shipment
  • Additional 1–3 business days for remote areas

Delivery time may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


2. Shipping Fee Policy

We apply a simple and transparent shipping fee structure:

  • Standard shipping fee: $5.99 USD per order
  • Free shipping: Orders over $59.99 USD qualify for free shipping

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We do not charge any hidden fees after checkout.


3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

After your order ships, you will receive:

  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link

You can track your order using the link provided in your email or by logging into your account under “My Orders”.


4. Address Changes & Cancellations

Address Changes:
We can only update your shipping address before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, changes are not possible.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
