Once your clothing order is packed and shipped, our system will automatically send a shipping confirmation email, including your exclusive tracking number, official carrier query link, and estimated delivery time.
Please note that logistics tracking information usually takes 24โ48 hours to be updated and displayed on the carrier system. No new tracking updates within 48 hours are normal and do not represent shipment exceptions.

4. Common Tracking Problems & Solutions
No tracking updates for more than 5 days This situation is usually caused by international transit transfer, customs temporary detention, or local postal backlog. You can contact our support team with your order number, and we will follow up with the logistics provider within 24 working hours and feed back the latest shipment status.
Tracking shows delivered but no package received Please check your mailbox, apartment front desk, parcel locker, or neighbor collection first. If the parcel is confirmed lost by the local carrier, please contact our customer service within 7 calendar days for after-sales solution.
Invalid or unqueryable tracking number Please double-check your tracking code for typos. If the problem still exists, please contact our team to reissue valid tracking information.
5. Split Shipment Rules
For orders with multiple clothing items or oversized apparel, our warehouse may split the goods into multiple packages to avoid extrusion and folding damage. Each split parcel has an independent tracking number, and all parcels belong to the same original order.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcel Processing
If your clothing package is confirmed lost by the logistics company, we provide two options: free reshipment or full order refund. If the clothes arrive with serious wrinkles, dirt, damage, or missing items caused by logistics transportation, please take clear photos of the outer package and defective products within 48 hours after delivery. After verification, we will arrange replacement or refund service.
We are not responsible for undeliverable or lost packages caused by incorrect customer shipping address, long-term unclaimed parcels, or artificial damage after signing for the goods.
7. Customs & Import Tax Notice
International clothing shipments may be subject to local customs inspection, import duties, or VAT taxes. All import fees and duties are borne by the buyer, charged by the local customs department. Our company does not prepay, cover, or reimburse any customs-related fees.
